The Yunnan Fumin Xiaoshuijing Miao Choir performed at the hotel, bringing heavenly music that lingered in the air for three days. The choir is composed of Miao farmers from Xiaoshuijing Village in Kunming, Yunnan, and was founded in 2002. The choir combines Western music with ethnic minority culture to form its own unique singing style. Dressed in ethnic costumes, they can sing four-part world famous songs and perform Yunnan folk songs full of Chinese charm, showcasing their profound artistic skills and unique cultural charm. In terms of sight, the yellowfin tuna opening ceremony is a feast full of ritual and visual shock. At the ceremony, the chefs were agile, and with a few swift cuts, a huge yellowfin tuna was instantly sliced into pieces of fresh fish. The fish is bright red in color and has a clear texture. As the fish opening show ended, the fresh tuna was quickly served to the table, paired with a special sauce, and was delicious. At the fish opening ceremony, the chef first removed the fins and head, and then began to dissect the tuna. The whole process was clean and neat, like a butcher cutting up a cow, smooth and flowing. During the dissection process, the chef used sharp knives to precisely dissect the tuna and break it down into different parts. The fish was perfectly separated from the bones, showing its rich and fresh flavor. The chef explained the fat content and taste of different parts of the tuna, which was both pleasing to the taste buds and informative. In addition, the chef also distributed garlic cheese baked lobster to diners on site, opened ham and cut roast turkey on site, and the sense of ritual was full.
