There is a small door by the courtyard wall, which opens to the Daguan River. In the hot summer, I often take a big wolf dog named Saihu from the yard to bathe in the river and watch the passing boats; in the autumn when the rice is ripe, I also follow the farmers to pick up some fallen rice ears, and then quietly burn them with dried cow dung and eat with my friends... The arch bridge I walked every day in my childhood is still there. Because I was too young, I can't remember the name of the Soviet-style small courtyard I used to live in, which has now been demolished and turned into a hotel. Perhaps because the memories of childhood are so beautiful, I have a different affection for the Daguan River. Especially in this season, the Dianpu on both sides of the river has turned yellow, and the Daguan River is also uniquely beautiful. I always find time to walk around and take a look.
