[Kumamoto Trip] Kumamoto Ramen 🍜

When I went to Kumamoto, I felt a little unsatisfied after dinner, so I decided to have some ramen, so I went there as a final dish 🍜 It was my first time, so I asked the staff for a recommendation, and they told me to try the ramen with egg first, so I made a quick decision ❣️ ▶︎ Ramen with egg... 1,100 yen It seems to be the most popular menu item You can choose between a "soft-boiled seasoned egg" and a "raw egg", so I ordered one of each 🍜 The ingredients were a good balance of green onion, wood ear mushroom, bean sprouts, seaweed, egg, and char siu ☺️ I like the char siu because it's not too fatty ♡ The noodles were homemade medium-thick straight and had just the right amount of firmness The soup had a strong burnt garlic flavor, and was full of pork bone, but I was surprised that it wasn't heavy at all!! !
