Good Husband Patisserie 好丈夫烘焙坊 is a cafe specializing in French and Japanese desserts, with three outlets in JB. I visited the one in Mount Austin. The name "Good Husband Patisserie" might cheekily suggest that their desserts, thoughtfully crafted with the elegance of French patisserie and the subtle charm of Japanese flavors, are as delightful and satisfying as a good husband who knows how to make you happy. 🤭 As someone who loves cherries, I couldn’t resist trying Santa’s Logcake, and it was right up my alley. The chocolate sponge soaked in cherry syrup, topped with chantilly cream and amarena cherries, was a perfect balance of flavors—not too sweet, just the way I like it. The dark chocolate shavings on the outside and the morello cherry coulis layers inside added extra depth. To complement it, I ordered a Yuzu Bloom mocktail, which was a refreshing finish to the meal.
