Bray Bakery: Where Passion Rises with Every Loaf

#favouriteitinerary Bray Bakery, located in Menara See Hoy Chan, Kuala Lumpur, is a specialty sourdough café founded in 2020 by Jonathan Leon Lim. After a career shift from advertising to culinary arts, Jonathan began baking sourdough bread during the pandemic, adapting traditional recipes to suit Malaysian tastes with softer textures and milder flavors.  The bakery offers a diverse menu where every item incorporates sourdough. I really love their sourdough with egg Benedict and salmon. For drink, I went for a Sweet Green (a detox drink juice cold pressed from apple, spinach , kale and passion fruit). Love hanging out at this very beautiful cafe.
