Good old-fashioned five star hotel!

#getgoing2025 Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur is a class in its own as compared to other hotels of its class. From the reception desk to the room service and dining, the experience was excellent and phenomenal. What struck me most was the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth. The hotel manages to maintain its high standards while creating a wonderfully welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are meticulously maintained, and the little thoughtful touches – from the turndown service to the personalized welcome note – made us feel special. The restaurant staff deserve special mention for their outstanding recommendations.
