A stunning city centre park surrounded by iconic landmarks, KLCC Park

The Petronas Towers are probably Kuala Lumpur’s most recognisable landmark - and the KLCC park is the best place to view them from. The park is located at the bottom of the iconic towers and it’s honestly beautiful, it’s so rare to have such a big landscaped park right in the city center. There are multiple entrances around the park and you can also enter via the KLCC mall, convention center and KLCC metro station. There’s a big man made lake with fountains and plenty of seating around the area, the seats directly opposite the towers offer the best spot to get photos with the whole towers in. There’s also really cute fountains dotted around the park with clean drinking water, something I’ve not seen before and it’s essential given how hot KL gets in the summer! My advice is to get there early to avoid the heat and the crowds! It gets so busy!
