#Southeast Asia Travel Hello :) I will list places worth visiting in ‘Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia’, which is relatively inexpensive compared to other Southeast Asian countries. 1️⃣ Masjid Negara ⏰ 09:00~12:00 / 14:00~17:00 (Closed on Saturdays and Sundays) 📍 Jalan Perdana, Tasik Perdana, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia 📌 Entrance fee: Free // Women wearing chador The Kuala Lumpur National Mosque opened in 1965 and is a symbol of Islam in Malaysia. There is a separate prayer time, so you can enter outside of that time. Women must wear a chador when entering and must also wear a hat to keep their hair from being visible. When entering the National Mosque, you must enter barefoot, and it is located in the city center, so it is a good place to visit by Grab. 2️⃣ Batu Caves 📍Gombak, 68100 Batu Caves, Selangor, Malaysia 📌 Women's clothing restrictions O This is a cave that houses the Hindu holy male god Murugan. It is home to the 42.7m tall Murugan, and it is even more magnificent when you see it in person. It is a place where you can go up and down the 272 steps next to Murugan to repent for your past, present, and future sins, so many people go up and down the stairs. Batu Caves is located near downtown Kuala Lumpur, so I recommend visiting by Grab. 📌 Petronas Twin Towers: Grab 25 min 📌 Bukit Bintang: Grab 25 min 3️⃣ Sri Shakti Temple sri shakti ⏰ 7:00~12:00 // 17:00~21:00 📍 Jalan Kuala Selangor, Bukit Rotan, 45700 Bukit Rotan, Selangor, Malaysia 📌 Free admission, no shorts or skirts that show your knees, no photos inside Shakti Temple, a Hindu temple, does not allow photos inside and you must enter barefoot. Inside, locals are reciting prayers, and the unique incense and burning scent coming from the temple felt exotic and new. The interior of the building is really cool. I went on the Kuala Lumpur Premium Banbulti Tour, and if you are thinking of a tour, be sure to take a photo of the exterior building at Shakti Temple. 4️⃣ Sultan Abdul Samad Building (Bangunan Sultan Abdul Samad) 📍Jln Raja, Kuala Lumpur City Centre, 50050 Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia The exotic building you can see in Kuala Lumpur, ‘Sultan Abdul Samad Building’, is located in front of Merdeka Square, so you can take pictures with the green grass. You can enter the building, and the admission fee is free. It would be nice to also visit the Kuala Lumpur National Mosque near Sultan Abdul Samad Building. 5️⃣ KLCC Park Taman KLCC 📍KLCC, Lot No. 241, Level 2, Suria, Kuala Lumpur City Centre, 50088 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia This is a park where you can see Kuala Lumpur’s landmark Twin Towers in front. There is a playground, swimming pool, walking path, and fountain inside the park, so it is good for a light walk or a picnic. I hope you take a picture of the Twin Towers seen through the trees in the park.
