The hotel service is excellent in every aspect. During my stay, I went in and out of the hotel many times. There was always a greeter waiting at the door. When I met the Chinese front desk, I asked if she could speak Chinese and got a positive answer, and then she communicated in Chinese. It can be seen that the Chinese of the front desk is not particularly proficient, and it is still a little worse than the Chinese service staff in Singapore. However, she tried very hard to use Chinese to introduce the courtesy points, introduce various treatments, and upgrade to the St. Regis Suite. As the flight arrived early, it was just after eleven when we arrived at the hotel. The front desk did not make it difficult for us. We went straight to the check-in procedures, got the room card and went to the room. I am very grateful to the front desk for their enthusiastic service. The room is huge, probably around 120 to 130 square meters. It's really a luxury for one person to live in it. This is the first non-presidential suite room I've stayed in that even has a spa room. The functional divisions are very complete, with a huge and decent living room, a private and lively bedroom, an equally spacious bathroom, and a separate SPA room. The decoration style is more business-oriented, but also has a sense of life. The light colors highlight the Nanyang style. As a not-so-new hotel, it is also very well maintained. The light blocking and sound insulation are very good, the bed is a little hard, the pillows are very comfortable, and the sleep quality is very good. The breakfast is very rich and tastes very good, which is in line with the quality of St. Regis. It is a semi-buffet mode, with an a la carte menu to order the main course and side dishes for self-service. I experienced the tempura restaurant. I originally wanted to try the sushi restaurant. I heard that it was a branch of Saito in Tokyo, but due to the New Year in Japan, the chef took a holiday and went back to Japan. It did not reopen until January 13, so I experienced the tempura restaurant that was still open. To be honest, it's really average, the batter is very soft, some of it even fell off, the oil temperature is not well controlled, resulting in serious oil absorption, the seasoning is not special, but the price is not cheap. In addition, these Japanese restaurants do not enjoy Marriott points and cannot be charged to room bills, so they are highly not recommended. The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur is really a great hotel. From check-in to check-out, everyone's service is very good, and it also comes with butler service. When I return to the room at night, I ask the butler to bring me a cup of hot milk and honey grapefruit tea, and take a comfortable hot bath. It's very refreshing. Next to it is Kuala Lumpur Sentral Station and the National Museum. To be honest, there isn't much to see in the National Museum, but it's just across the street and the ticket price is very cheap, I forgot how many dollars it was, but it's worth the price anyway. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Petaling Street, but to be honest, it is still a bit far to walk. I suggest you take a taxi directly. Taking a taxi in Kuala Lumpur is really cheap and the experience is very good. It only takes more than ten minutes to take a taxi to Park Lane or Petronas Twin Towers. I have never taken public transportation. I feel that the public transportation in Kuala Lumpur is too complicated. I really can't understand it. In addition, taxis are relatively cheap, so I basically travel by taxi.
