Where to stay in Kuantan - Hyatt Regency Kuantan Resort

I booked this hotel through Trip.com, which was much cheaper than the official site. I was also upgraded to a room with a sea view, which was a nice surprise. However, while the stay was generally okay, there were a few issues. ✨ Hotel Highlights The location is convenient, with walking distance to the beach. The sea view was definitely the best part of the stay. ♨️ Amenities Basic amenities were available, including free Wi-Fi and a fitness room. However, some facilities felt a bit outdated and could use better maintenance. 🛁 Room Environment The room was quite small and so the bed too.Might be an issue for big-size people. The bedsheet had stains, but the staff responded quickly and replaced it. The overall cleanliness was acceptable but could be improved. 🛎️ Hotel Service The staff were friendly and helpful. However, attention to detail could be better, particularly with room maintenance. 💗 Guest Experience Overall, it was a good stay for the price, especially with the sea view upgrade. However, the bed quality and facilities could be improved. (This hotel is quite old and so the facilities)
