St. Tryphon's Cathedral

St. Tryphon's Cathedral (Katedrala sv. Tripuna) is a popular place in Kotor. It is a Catholic Church built in 1166. Its interior design is simple but very nice! You can enjoy the old town walk from here and you can go for a hike nearby, the start point is from the church. I enjoy old town so much! There are lots of cats there, so cosy and chill! Most of the places accept credit card payment or Euros.

Saint Tryphon's Cathedral

Just got back from a mind-blowing trip to the dreamy town of Kotor, Montenegro—seriously, this place is what travel goals are made of 😍🌄! If you're all about epic views and charming old towns, Kotor is basically heaven on Earth. Top Spots to Visit in Kotor: 🏰 Kotor Old Town (Trg od Oruzja, open 8am–midnight): Lose yourself in medieval streets, grab a gelato, and snap pics at every corner. 🚶 Kotor Fortress/Hiking the Walls (entrance at Old Town, open 8am–8pm): The hike is REAL but 100% worth it for panoramic bay views. Hit it early to beat the crowds and the sun! ⛪ St. Tryphon Cathedral (Trg Sv. Tripuna, open 9am–6pm): Take a quick peek into the cathedral’s history—super photogenic and peaceful inside. 🛥️ Bay of Kotor (Local boat tours, check at harbor for times): Float past fjords and tiny islands for killer scenery. Personal Tips: Trust me—slow down and soak up the magic. Kotor is best enjoyed WITHOUT rushing, with plenty of café stops for coffee and cake. No need for a packed agenda—just wander and enjoy! Getting Around: 🚍 The entire old town is super walkable. Local buses link Kotor to Budva and Tivat if you want to explore nearby. Eat & Drink: Try local seafood at Konoba Scala Santa (Stari Grad 393) or treat yourself to bakery snacks from Pekara AS (Trg od Oruzja). Destination Tips: Visa: Most EU/US citizens get a free 90-day entry. Money: Euro is the currency. ATMs are everywhere. Weather: Bring good walking shoes—cobblestones + steps galore! You'll never regret visiting Kotor—it's a must-see! #KotorViews #BalkanAdventure #TravelMontenegro #Wanderlust #TripDotCom
