An unexpected self-service breakfast

After staying for one night at Shoutei with two meals included, dinner was a kaiseki meal served in the room, which was impeccable. The breakfast, according to the order, was buffet style, which I initially thought wasn't authentic. To my surprise, after staying at so many hot spring hotels that also offer buffet breakfast, this one was the best. In summary, it had a wide variety of food and the quality was excellent. In the end, I was stuffed from breakfast. It was amazing. Mie Prefecture, Mie District, Komono Town Yunoyama Onsen
