Wat Phra Yai

One of the highlights of Wat Phra Yai is the monumental and beautiful statue of Jang. This statue is a combination of the Buddhist goddess of mercy, Jang, and the Thai legend of love. The statue extends over a small lake, and visitors can enjoy walking around it, admiring the beautiful fish and turtles in the clear blue waters. Additionally, Wat Phra Yai features other important buildings such as fortresses and Buddhist libraries. Visitors can explore these buildings, learn about Thailand's cultural heritage, and reflect on the grand art pieces contained within.
