#Spring0yentrip A local told me, "This place is delicious!" so I went to "Kitchen Minami" near Minami-Kofu Station. The moment I entered the restaurant, I felt a nostalgic Showa-era atmosphere. I already felt like I had won at this point (lol) This time I ordered the popular fried shrimp set. Crispy fried shrimp. There were many customers who seemed to be regulars in the restaurant, and I could tell that it was a restaurant loved by the locals. It's a good idea to enjoy this kind of warm Western food in between sightseeing. The moment I stepped inside, I was wrapped in this cozy, retro Showa-era vibe—instantly knew it was going to be a good one. I had the hamburger steak and fried shrimp combo, and wow… the juicy patty, crispy shrimp, and rich demi-glace sauce were just what I needed. Even the side spaghetti was tasty—gotta love the attention to detail! It’s the kind of place that locals clearly love, and you can feel the warmth in both the food and the atmosphere.
