Sushiro in Japan

When in Japan, you must try some sushi! Since there was a Sushiro near our hotel, we decided to eat there. Currently, the price at Sushiro is 150 yen including tax. I remember it used to be 100 yen per plate, but with the current exchange rate, it's still quite affordable. In terms of quality, I don't think Sushiro in Japan is much better than in Hong Kong. The tuna still resembles lean tuna more than fatty tuna. Additionally, the sea urchin is still quite bitter and not very tasty. However, the seared sushi at 150 yen for two pieces is completely satisfactory.
