Recommended lunch in Kobe Foreign Settlement

Went to Bar & Bistro 64 in the Kobe Foreign Settlement for lunch 🍽️ All lunches come with a drink bar and freshly baked olive bread, and dessert is included on weekends and holidays 😌　　　 After much deliberation, I decided on the pasta lunch!
