Khao Wong Phra Chan, Lopburi Province

Khao Wong Phra Chan is the highest mountain in Lop Buri Province. The way up is a 3,790-step staircase that is easy to reach and not as difficult as hiking up other mountains. It is also believed that anyone who comes to pay homage to the Buddha's footprint enshrined on the top of Khao Wong Phra Chan will experience happiness and all wishes come true. It took us about 3 hours to walk up. There are places to stop and rest along the way. The walk down takes about 1 hour.
