Wat Phra That Pha Sorn Kaew is located on a hill in the village of Thang Daeng, Village No. 7, Tambon Kham Son, Khao Kho District, Phetchabun Province. It is a place for meditation with beautiful scenery all around, overlooking Pha Sorn Kaew and the intricate mountain range. There is a meditation hall with a beautiful jade Buddha statue inside, decorated with beautiful and unusual paintings. This place is surrounded by nature with tall mountains stacked in rows. Interesting things in the temple are the five Buddha statues in the chapel, which has white Buddha statues sitting in a cascade, and the Phra That Pha Sorn Kaew Sirirat Thammanimit Chedi, a beautifully decorated chedi with multi-colored tiles, jewelry, necklaces, bracelets, Benjarong cups and bowls, etc. In addition, there is a cave on the mountain where many Thang Daeng villagers have seen a crystal ball floating in the sky and disappearing into a cave on the clifftop.
