Exploring Northern Taiwan: Keelung's Great Buddha Temple and Guanyin Statue Observation Deck

The Guanyin statue at the Great Buddha Temple is located in one of the highest spots near the center of Keelung City. The railing beside it essentially serves as an observation deck, offering views of the KEELUNG sign on the hillside near Keelung Harbor, as well as a side view of the Keelung Tower (this spot is actually higher than the top of the Keelung Tower!). An interesting phenomenon here is the flock of birds that continuously circle around the Guanyin statue, which is quite fascinating to watch.
