A Nearby Attraction from Taipei, Jiufen is a Must-Visit for Hong Kong Tourists! However, there are other great seaside spots near Ruifang District, where Jiufen is located. Although these spots are less popular and less crowded, their scenery rivals that of Jiufen and might even be more convenient to visit! Starting from Ruifang, it takes only 12 minutes to reach the terminal station Badouzi on the Shen'ao Line. Like other branch lines, the Shen'ao Line train consists of only a few cars, giving you the feeling of heading to a hidden gem, similar to the Jiji Line. The scenery here is truly stunning, with colorful houses built along the coast, reminiscent of a small Nordic island. Just taking photos here can take a long time. However, besides the beautiful scenery, there isn't much else here. There are only a few eateries, and public transportation is quite sparse. If you plan to visit other attractions in Keelung, be prepared to call a taxi. *Badouzi Station is closed until March 2025. To visit, you can take a bus.
