Keelung Italian Cuisine ~ Miaopu Italian Restaurant | Unique Decor, Delicious Food | Satisfying Both the Visual and Tasty Sides

I made an appointment with a senior to chat and eat some Keelung food. After searching online, I found Vivaio Pasta, an Italian restaurant. It's not located near the temple entrance in Keelung, but there's a bus stop nearby, making it easily accessible from Taipei City. I'm a huge fan of pasta and risotto, and after looking at the menu, we decided on this restaurant for dinner. The restaurant's interior features a retro industrial feel. Besides the ㄅㄨㄅㄨ on the first floor, there's also a pink car on the second floor. Vivaio is Italian, meaning "to cultivate seedlings." A seedling nursery is a place full of nutrition, energy, and vitality. Italy is a coastal country, and Keelung is a coastal city. We also utilize local seafood resources, using fresh fish and combining it with imported ingredients. For our main course, we chose the spicy chicken and tomato pasta and the smoked salmon and asparagus cream risotto. The main dishes were generous, with the chicken filling lining the center of the pasta. The meat sauce was fragrant but not overpowering, so those who prefer tomato-heavy dishes don't need to worry. The slightly spicy flavor will whet your appetite. The noodles absorb the sauce perfectly, making it incredibly flavorful and delicious, but not too salty. Highly recommended! Overall, I felt this place offered excellent value for money. The food was delicious and the ingredients were substantial. A set meal like this was quite filling for two people.
