It is recommended to take the subway to Noboruto Station, where there are many Doraemon element designs, and you can also take a dedicated shuttle bus to the museum. In fact, I recommend you to walk there. The journey is not far, about 1.5 kilometers, but it is a unique experience to walk in the alleys of local residents. It is much more interesting than visiting various famous scenic spots. Of course, museum tickets must be booked in advance. Just search the website on Baidu and make a reservation directly there. I remember it is closed on Tuesdays, so don’t make a wasted trip. The reservation information is all in Japanese, but you can basically understand it. You can pay online or at the museum (1,000 yen/person) The exhibition hall is not actually very big 1️⃣The main part is the introduction of Fujiko Fujio’s life and comic creation. The 2️⃣ floor is for book reading, children's games, comic exhibitions, stamp making, movies, and the Woodcutter's Fountain. Most of the eye-catching spots you see on a daily basis are located here. The 3️⃣ floor is mainly the outdoor scene area and dining hall. The waiting time in the canteen will be longer. Here you can see Nobita’s house which is exactly the same as the one in the fairy tale movie of childhood, full of memories… You can also buy your favorite figures as souvenirs before leaving the museum.
