#KaohsiungTravel Spring and Autumn Pavilions The Spring and Autumn Pavilions This is another famous tourist attraction in Kaohsiung. It was built by the Chi Ming Palace, which is located across the street. The Goddess of Mercy stands on a dragon. On the dragon's head, we can walk in to see the wall carvings that talk about Chinese religious beliefs. Walk across the long bridge to the inner pavilion. The view from above is very beautiful.
