Yong Kang Beef Noodles @ Taiwan

#wheretogo This is my go-to place for beef noodles in Taiwan! It’s also very popular among tourists and locals. It’s been around since 1950s and do expect a long queue during peak hour. I personally like the spicy braised beef noodle. The noodle was chewy and came with large chunks of beef that was meltingly tender and easy to bite off. Soup was rich in flavour with just the right level of spice. I also added the picked vegetables for an extra layer of flavour. The beef noodle in clear broth was equally good.
