The weather is very cold, even in summer, so bring a sweater. Some wooden walkways can be windy. If you're prone to altitude sickness, bring inhalers, Fu Fang An Gong, or portable oxygen. If you want a person-free photo, we recommend visiting early in the morning. --- ⏳ How long does it take to visit? Generally, it takes 3–4 hours. A walk around the lake can take 4–5 hours. --- 🏨 Where is a good place to stay? Kangding is the most convenient place to stay.
