Western Sichuan - Gedilamu Sky City

🌈Highlights: Gedilamu is a lesser-known attraction in Ganzi, Sichuan. Standing on the mountain top, you can see the snow-capped mountains in the distance and the blue sky at an altitude of 4,200 meters. It is a hidden gem in western Sichuan and a place to cleanse your soul. 🚗Transportation: This is not a developed attraction. It is more than 40 km from National Highway 318 and Zheduo Mountain. You need to drive 5 km on an unpaved road (gravel road) with curves and climb the mountain from Provincial Highway 434. There is no public transportation to get here. You can only drive or charter a car, or find a small group. Note ⚠️⚠️ Although it is close to Yuzixi, the two places are about 5 km apart and are not connected. You cannot go from Gedilamu to Yuzixi. 👍️Fees: There is a barrier and a booth at the entrance, and the fee is CNY 30 per person. Since it is not a developed commercial attraction, there is no discount for students. Teachers and police officers can enter for free with their certificates. Of course, the CNY 30 is worth it. 🚩Introduction: There are popular pianos, carousels, buses, motorcycles, and jeeps here. Although they are all scrapped, the traces of time and the snow-capped mountains behind the mountain top make it a perfect place to take beautiful photos. You can also take youthful photos with your loved ones on the two swings. The red lighthouse is where Director Liu Hong of the Ganzi Cultural and Tourism Bureau promoted Ganzi. 💗Other tips: Be sure to drive slowly when climbing the 5 km unpaved road to the top of the mountain!
