318 West Sichuan Line—Kangding

318 Western Sichuan Route – Kangding 318 – A route from Shanghai to Tibet Sichuan – Sichuan West – Tibet I flew from Hong Kong to Chengdu, met up with a friend, and signed up for this 2-day, 1-night tour. (Fun fact: Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan are considered foreign guests, so only the highest-quality hotels are available. My friend said they were indeed cleaner.) Meet at 6 AM for the tour bus. The 3-4-hour journey to Kangding takes 3-4 hours. There's a 20-minute rest stop to use the restroom. Upon arrival, we'll have brunch. My itinerary is to visit Gediram first and then Yuzixi. At each transfer point, you'll need to agree on a time with the driver. The signal on the bus is spotty, so I'll also write down the driver's phone number so you can contact them if you can't find the bus! The next day was a full day spent exploring Mugecuo, the "Kangding Love Song."
