Sri Dalada Maligawa: The Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic

I visited the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic in Kandy, Sri Lanka! This iconic temple is located in the UNESCO World Heritage city of Kandy in central Sri Lanka. It is said to house a sacred tooth of Buddha, and you can also admire magnificent ivory artifacts. The temple grounds are quite spacious, allowing visitors to take their time and explore leisurely. Three times a day, there is a special viewing of the golden container that holds the sacred tooth, known as "Pooja."
