Yamato Soy Sauce and Miso Headquarters Manufacturing Factory🏭 There are soy sauce and miso storehouses, restaurants, shops, event spaces, etc. It's a fermentation theme park🥹!! I had a sweet sake that I was impressed with when I tried it a few years ago, but I was surprised to find out that it was from this store....🫢🫧 📍Headquarters Direct Sales Store "Hishihogura" A direct sales store where you can buy Yamato Miso Soy Sauce products Various types of miso, soy sauce, koji drinks, etc. are lined up 📍 Koji experience "Kojigura" Panel displays that let you know the history of Yamato Miso Soy Sauce and its manufacturing process, and A wooden barrel the size of the one actually used? There is also an exhibition and a guided tour by reservation ◎ I tried it while I was there ☺️ The koji hand bath that you can experience by joining the tour I was surprised that the power of koji made my hands smooth and moist...!!
