Wat Thep Moli

Wat Thep Moli is another temple that is contemporary with the ancient monuments in the Kamphaeng Phet Historical Park. During the time when it was still the city of Chakangrao, there was an enshrinement of a Buddha image in the Maravijaya attitude, known as Luang Phor Mo, which is believed to have been created since the late Ayutthaya period, approximately 500-700 years ago. It has since been renovated by constructing a new structure to cover the original one. From the past to the present, the people of Kamphaeng Phet have preferred to come and worship here, and it is also popular to offer Khanom Chin (rice noodles) with curry sauce and fermented rice flour as offerings.
