Amazing Kamakura!

Kamakura is about an hour of train from Ikebukuro, Tokyo. We found a very helpful tourist information centre just next to the exit of Kamakura station. Just follow the signs to know which exit to go to. We went to three temples/ shrines. The Great Buddha Kotoku-in, Hasedera which is nearby & simple amazing ! There’s a path you can follow to reach an uphill observation point to view the surrounding areas. We also went to the Tsurugaoka Hachimangu, which is just a 12- mins walk from the Kamakura station. There are numerous quaint shops & eateries along the way. I would certainly love to visit Kamakura again & see more of this lovely place!
