Superior King Room Location: super convenience location right across JBCC! Near to many foods too! ( able to reach by feet, around 5-10mins walk) Service: front desk staff was superb, friendly and professional! However have super bad experience with the house keeping team. Requested for housekeeping to make up the room at around 11am before we head out, however when we are back to our room at around 5:30pm the room has not been makes up. Have the similar experience during 3rd day too! Cleanness: hotel lobby is clean. Same goes to the hotel room!
