Dropped by Doña Bakehouse at Jalan Tan Hiok Nee and wow—what a vibe. I had the almond croissant, rose latte, and tiger prawn aglio olio, and honestly, it felt like a quick escape to a European café. The almond croissant was beautifully crisp outside, with a generous almond filling that wasn’t too sweet—just the way I like it. The rose latte came with a soft floral note, super smooth and not overpowering. Perfect pairing. As for the tiger prawn aglio olio, it was light but full of flavour. The prawns were fresh and juicy, and the pasta had that garlicky kick. The place itself? Cozy, minimal, and full of charm. Great spot to chill or catch up over brunch. Will definitely come back for the other pastries!
