Positives: - location (opposite Komtar, walking from jb customs) - Big room - Comfortable bed - Wide variety breakfast buffet - Pretty nice views from top floor (21st floor) - usb bedside charging (both sides of the bed) - dual door wardrobe - nice sneaking toiletries Negatives - My room toured swimming pool view. Yes can see the oool but the opposite building (Suasana Suites) very near. Had to keep curtains closed throughout the stay - limited tv channels - shower water could be hotter - sink water pressure quite low - could hear people talking outside the room (corridor) - chargeable hotel parking (10rm per day and each time before exiting the hotel, need to validate the parking ticket) Room Number: 1113 #familytrips2024
