#2024wish Looking for an affordable yet nice place to stay near JB CIQ? This might be the one. It is located right at Zenith Lifestyle Centre, beside Amari Hotel JB and opposite Komtar JBCC & Citysquare. The location is very convenient and nice. There is Haidilao right downstairs of the apartment & it opens till 4am to satisfy your late night hunger pangs. Opposite, there is a halal bistro called "Lepak Corner," which operates 24/7 with a live band every day from 9/10pm onwards. The apartment itself is very nice, modern & cosy. It has 1-3 bedroom options, i got the 1 bedroom. It was spacious and comes with a balcony where you can see Singapore. Bed is comfy, air-conditioning works, toilet is usable & a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave. Good enough for a few nights stay. There is also 24/7 security, and you need a key card to access the lift.
