Yan Tang Bookstore

Yan Tang Bookstore is a newly developed attraction in the Jinyun Xian Du scenic area, which opened to the public in the second half of 2022. Jinyun is also known as the Stone City, as the old houses were all built with rocks. These rocks were quarried by the stonemasons piece by piece from the mountains. The caves left behind from the quarrying are locally known as Yan Tang. Yan Tang Bookstore was renovated and simply transformed on the original basis, preserving the traces left by the manual quarrying. The interior space of Yan Tang Bookstore is staggered, filled with various books. It's a good choice to listen and read when there are few people. There is also a café inside the bookstore, and at the entrance, there are Jinyun baked cakes, which are quite delicious. The interior of the bookstore is grand and atmospheric, and every corner is very photogenic, suitable for taking photos and checking in. The bookstore is located within the main scenic area of Xian Du, and nearby you can walk to Dinghu Peak, Niweng Cave, and a bit further are Xiao Chibi and Furong Gorge; the camping area can be seen at the intersection.
