The room design is inspired by Song Dynasty paintings, with a simple Minnan style that is both relaxing and refreshing. I especially love the terrace on the third floor, where I can sit in the warm light and enjoy a beer at sunset. The name "P-HOUSE" stands for "PLAY," representing "interesting souls," and "HOUSE," meaning a gathering place and residence. It encourages "interesting souls" to gather here and experience the local countryside. This "rustic yet tasteful" lifestyle is truly appealing. Tea is a traditional Minnan way of hospitality, and at P-HOUSE, this custom is presented in the form of "makase." Guests sit around the table, and the host brews tea, creating a unique and interesting experience. The interplay of light and shadow is like a vivid work of art. Tianyang Village is famous for its water chestnuts, and the "Water Chestnut Experiment School" next to P-HOUSE offers creative drinks and cultural products made from water chestnuts.
