The day and night of the Xishuangbanna Golden Pagoda Temple

🌈On the second day in Xishuangbanna, I stayed next to the Golden Pagoda. This is both the main Buddhist temple in Jinghong City and a sacred place for Theravada Buddhism. It is located on the site of the ancient Buddhist temple Wazhuang De, which has a history of more than 1,300 years. ✅The main structure of the temple is a 66.6-meter-high Thai-style pagoda, symbolizing a river connecting six countries, and the four small pagodas around it represent different regions or doctrines. 🌴The entire temple carries a profound Buddhist cultural heritage and is a solemn and exotic check-in spot. 😂However, a huge shed was built at the entrance of the main pagoda. It is not in harmony with the magnificent architectural style of the Golden Pagoda Temple and destroys the overall beauty and atmosphere. It is really a disappointment. I hope it can be improved so that the Golden Pagoda Temple can restore its original purity and beauty.
