Jinggangshan Revolution Museum, a museum with a rich history, is located on Hongjun South Road, Ciping, Jinggangshan City, Jiangxi Province. It is the first local revolutionary history museum in China and is one of the first 83 national first-class museums. It was approved for construction in 1958 and opened to the public in October of the following year. It has been open to the public for free since November 2007. The museum is closed on Mondays and open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm from Tuesday to Sunday. The museum is easily accessible. After arriving in Jinggangshan City, you can take a bus from the train station or the city government bus stop. The fare is CNY 5 per person, and it takes about 40 minutes to reach the scenic area.
