The highly anticipated Jingdezhen Taoyang Temple Fair will take place from March 14 to 16 at the Taoyangli Historical and Cultural Tourism Zone. The 2025 Taoyang Temple Fair combines the "lifting of restrictions" ceremony with the old town's folk custom of welcoming the gods. Watch the three major performances of dragon dance, fish lantern dance, and qilin dance, as well as Nuo dance, Gaoqiang opera, shadow puppetry, head balancing, Gan opera, Leping Gaoqiang opera, folk music, Xinping pottery firing, the "Cat People Ten Stories" exhibition, and enjoy a variety of delicious food and snacks. The vibrant performances will take turns lighting up the streets, offering a spectacular display. At night, the Taoyangli Tourism Zone resembles a dazzling "Tang Dynasty City That Never Sleeps," recreating the prosperous scene of "Thirteen miles of Taoyang, with a hundred thousand households."
