Shanghai | Tasty Chinese restaurant in Jingan of Shanghai

A few days ago, I went for a meal with friends at 1788 Food Plaza. This restaurant looks very traditional from the outside, and the interior decoration style is simply breathtaking. The environment is extremely elegant and perfect for both group gatherings and casual dining. Wenzhou fish cake is soft and sticky, with a rich and fresh taste. The house-made double fresh dish has super tender fish and the rice cakes absorb the fresh seafood flavors perfectly. I absolutely love it! The beef is stewed until very tender, and when paired with white radish, the two flavors balance each other very well. The squab has a crispy surface, and the meat isn't too dry.
