Fengyin Rock in Jieyang

Fengyin Rock is also called Qipan Rock. It is located on the mountainside behind Qipan Village, Yunlu Town, Jiedong County, 8 km from the county seat. It was rebuilt by Gao Shishan, a Jieyang native, in 1935. For nearly 40 years, the temple was abandoned and the meditation room collapsed due to lack of management. In early spring 1992, Chen Kun and others from Xinan Village, Xinan Office, Jieyang Economic Development Zone, raised funds to rebuild Fengyin Rock. Fengyin Rock faces south and is surrounded by mountains, lush trees, and strange rocks. 🌹Tips: The road becomes narrow as you enter the village, especially when approaching the temple.
