Kuala Klawang Customs Museum or Muzium Adat was opened with the aim of gathering the customs displays and historical artifacts from various ethnicities of Malaysia in one place - Jelebu in Negeri Sembilan A visit here is a great place to learn about the cultural diversity that Malaysia has to offer. Housed in a four-story building, with a giant replica of a Malay headdress at the top of its entrance, the Customs Museum / Muzium Adat consists of four galleries which are: Introduction of custom, Life cycle, Intellectual tradition, government and power and Pepatih customs on 4 levels. The ground floor exhibition is an introduction to Adat (customs) and the multiple races and ethnicities in Malaysia along with an overview of their customs. The galleries on the first and second floor is more on human Life Cycle; and Malaysian practices associated with birth, death, marriage, rituals and music, as well as displays of Intellectual Tradition; including historical artifacts and explanations of the Malay monarchy. The third floor gallery is dedicated to Adat Perpatih, which is a strong custom influence practiced in Negeri Sembilan.
