The hostel is very close to Taksim Square, and there are many restaurants and shops within walking distance, which is really convenient. The location is excellent, quiet yet not secluded, and transportation is readily available. The hostel's decor is somewhat retro and simple, but it creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. They offer a continental breakfast, which is a great way to experience the local cuisine. During check-in, the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and provided helpful advice on transportation in Istanbul, which was super thoughtful. The entire check-in process was very smooth. We stayed in a six-person mixed dorm room, which was very clean, and the beds were tidy and comfortable. Although the room wasn't huge, it had all the necessary amenities and was well-organized. Interacting with the other guests was also a pleasant experience; everyone was very friendly. It's worth mentioning that the staff here are exceptionally welcoming and helpful, making you feel right at home. Although the pillows were a bit uncomfortable, overall, it was a great stay. Nearby Recommendations: There are many interesting attractions and restaurants nearby, such as "Velena Travel Yacht Cruises" and "Istanbul Party Pub Crawl," offering plenty of entertainment options. Additionally, there are excellent restaurants like "Gönen Rooftop Ocakbaşı Restaurant" and "Rose Amida Restaurant" where you can savor local delicacies. The food at "Hayat Cafe Restaurant," in particular, is absolutely superb. In short, my experience at the Taksim Green House Hostel was truly memorable.
