🏨 We stayed at the Nowy Efendi Hotel - Special Category, located in the heart of Istanbul 📍 Hoca Rustem Mektebi Sok. No.9-11 Alemdar Mah, Istanbul, Türkiye. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Sultanahmet Tram Station, making it very convenient to get around. 🚇 Several famous attractions, such as the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, are within easy walking distance. The location of this hotel is simply unbeatable, close to major historical sites and restaurants, and it feels like the whole of Istanbul is within walking distance. The hotel is modern and clean, and the reception area is very welcoming. Although you have to go down some stairs to enter the hotel, they do have an elevator that goes directly to the floors, which is very thoughtful. 🛗 The check-in experience was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. 🏨 Although the room was a bit small, it was very clean and comfortable. What I particularly liked was the open-air terrace on the 7th floor, where breakfast is served. It was amazing to enjoy breakfast while taking in the panoramic view of the city! 🍳🥐 The view from the balcony made me forget about the small size of the room. The hotel offers a variety of pillow options and exquisite toiletries, which made us feel very welcome. The room was small but well laid out. We stayed in a twin room, which was a bit cramped for two people, but the beds were very comfortable, and it was very cozy to come back to after a long day. There were some nice little touches in the room, such as special soaps, slippers, and bathrobes. 🍃 The space was limited, but the design was clever, and it felt okay. There are many recommended restaurants and attractions nearby 🚶‍♂️. For example, Skyline Soiree Rooftop Restaurant is a great place for a romantic dinner, and Havana Bar & Restaurant is also popular. For those who like Turkish food, you can try Mivan Restaurant & Cafe. If you like sightseeing, you can't miss the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. There are also some small shops and markets near the hotel, which are very local, and I recommend you to visit them. Overall, the location of the Nowy Efendi Hotel is fantastic, and the service is excellent. Although the rooms are small, the overall experience is still satisfying. If I come back to Istanbul, I would be happy to choose this hotel again. 🌟🏨 For those who want to combine business and leisure, this is a great option, with reasonable prices, warm service, and a comfortable environment.
