CNY Staycation with 7mo Baby

Experience long queue for breakfast but the staffs were so friendly to greet and service me eventhough they are so busy. I would suggest hotel to open a hall for breakfast if the hotel is full and add manpower during peak session. Secondly, negative review for the customer service. One bad service make the whole experience of my trip. I had called at 10.30pm to ask them help to collect my ice pack to freeze it, thats no breastmilk. But she asked me to put in chiller and i mentioned it cant freeze the ice pack, for the bm ill put in chiller. But she asked me to walk down to reception myself get the receptionist to store it for me. I have to hug my baby all the way to pass them the ice pack. Im so dissappointed for the customer service.
