You can explore the birch forest by walking after registering your entry at the entrance. You can reach the birch forest by walking along the forest road that starts from the birch forest information center at the entrance. There are two forest roads: the expedition forest road that takes about 80 minutes on foot and the Wondae forest road that takes about 1 hour. As you climb the hiking trail, you will come across a dense forest of birch trees that are over 20 years old. The white bark of the birch forest stretching toward the sky adds to the exotic atmosphere.
