I wondered if there was anything to eat this early, but I was so happy to see Shake Shack open! Shake Shack in Incheon Airport Terminal 1 is open 24 hours, so the great thing about it is that you can always get a warm burger. I ordered a Shake Burger, fries, and a shake, and it lived up to my expectations. The meat was thick and juicy, and the buns were soft and delicious. The interior was clean and spacious, typical of airport restaurants, so I was able to sit comfortably and relax while waiting. Having a delicious meal like this before starting my trip lifted my spirits and gave me a strong start :)
