‘Jitsugen’, a deep-story tonkatsu restaurant in Incheon

The tonkatsu at this restaurant is famous, so it is already a famous restaurant for people in Songdo, Incheon. They say that if you go on the weekend, you may have to wait or the food may be sold out, but I often went on the weekends, and I was able to eat delicious tonkatsu around 2 o'clock without waiting. Also, the restaurant's story is written in front of the menu, and I could feel the sincerity towards tonkatsu, so I read the menu carefully without realizing it. The tonkatsu I ate was Nanchukmatdon Sangrosukatsu. It costs 18,000 won, and since it is limited in quantity, I ordered it once. (I usually order it as a set and eat it often.) It was oily, but it wasn't greasy at all. The tonkatsu was the thickest I've ever had. It seems like a lot for a woman to eat. (For reference, I am a bit of a small eater.) And the soup that comes with it is really delicious. The garnish is abundant and the chewy texture is excellent, so I kept asking for refills. If you are traveling to Incheon, I would definitely recommend this restaurant. There are different times when only tonkatsu is sold and times when the izakaya is operating, so please check the times before you go. And there is a parking lot.
