As you can see in the picture, it's really full of mushrooms. We ordered 2 servings of Yangpun galbi (non-spicy), 1 gondre rice, rice cake sari, and ramen sari. I thought I had to order 2 servings of gondre rice to get 2 servings, but 1 serving was enough for 2 people. Please also divide the bowls according to the number of people. They said you can choose between soy sauce, non-spicy, less spicy, and spicy back ribs. When I looked up the store information, it even shows the spiciness level by level. They also served buckwheat pancakes, which were surprisingly big! They were thin, so they were perfect for wrapping back ribs. They also served a bowl full of bean sprouts, but they added them when the time was right, so just leave them. There were so many mushrooms on top that you can't see the back ribs well, but there were a lot of rice cakes and back ribs underneath. The staff set the time with a stopwatch and turned on the gas. It was also great that it wasn't rice but kongdre bap! It was a lot of food and you know that it tastes twice as good when you dip it in the back rib soup, right? If you put kongdre bap, back ribs, bean sprouts, and mushrooms on top of the buckwheat pancake and eat it in one bite, it's a fantastic combination. It's a combination that can't be bad.ㅎㅎ The meat was soft and the spiciness was just right for me, who likes spicy food. It was so delicious that I ordered one more ramen.ㅎㅎ They said that they would put the ramen in after eating a little bit because the soup might boil down. They didn't just put the ramen in, they boiled it in the back rib stew soup and added it with the soup. That's a great idea! You can eat it right away after about 1-2 minutes. Two people ate until they were full.ㅎㅎ The yangpun back ribs full of mushrooms and bean sprouts are delicious, but they taste really good when you eat them with kongdre bap and buckwheat pancake. We plan to visit again next time. If you are having trouble deciding what to eat out, I recommend 'Damsan Yangpun Deunggalbi'!
